New Mahindra XUV400 Interior Details & Image – Launch Soon

The anticipation surrounding the Mahindra XUV400 EV’s upcoming feature enhancements has been widely acknowledged. Although the official launch date remains undisclosed, industry insiders suggest that the updated model is set to hit the market in either January or February of 2024. Leaked documents indicate that the SUV model lineup will introduce two new trims, namely EC Pro and EL Pro. However, whether these additions will complement the existing EC and EL trims or entirely replace them remains uncertain.

Offering a sneak peek ahead of its official debut, the first spy image showcasing the interior of the Mahindra XUV400 EV has surfaced online, unveiling intriguing details. Notably, the focal point of discussion revolves around the introduction of a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

This upgraded system features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, accompanied by a 10.25-inch fully digital driver’s display that supplants the current analog dials, incorporating a small digital MID in between. The climate control panel is set to undergo revision, and the SUV will incorporate rear AC vents, a new flat-bottomed steering wheel, and a fresh dual-tone interior theme. The new Mahindra XUV400 EV will boast additional features such as dual-zone climate control with a memory function, a wireless phone charger, a sunroof, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, push-button start/stop, and rear USB ports. Safety remains a priority, with the inclusion of a tyre pressure monitoring system, six airbags, electronic stability program, and a reversing camera.

2024 Mahindra XUV400 facelift

Despite official powertrain details being shrouded in secrecy, it is speculated that the new Mahindra XUV400 EV will retain the existing 34.5kWh and 39.4kWh battery packs, offering ranges of 375km and 456km, respectively.

Both models will incorporate a front axle-mounted electric motor delivering 150bhp and 310Nm. Noteworthy additions to this iteration might include the standard inclusion of a 7.2kW AC fast charger on both variants. The XUV400 facelift will maintain features like the regenerative braking system, three drive modes, and disc brakes on all four wheels.
