Mahindra XUV700 Interior And Features Released: Teaser Video

Mahindra is gearing up for the launch of the much-awaited new-gen XUV700 7-seater SUV in the country. The new Mahindra XUV700 is most likely to make global debut on August 15, while launch is expected on October 2, 2021. The company has released multiple teaser videos, which reveal some high-end features of the SUV.

A new teaser video partially reveals the interior design and layout of the Mahindra XUV700 for the first time. The SUV features dual-tone black and beige interior scheme. The SUV features dual HD screens for the intrument console and a touchscreen infotainment system. The XUV700’s dashboard has clutter-free design with chrome inserts. The new teaser video reveals that the new Mahindra XUV700 comes with segment-best tech features. It is equipped with features such as dual-zone climate control, a Sony speaker sound system with dour different sound modes, ALEXA connectivity with voice command compatibility, and WiFi. The teaser claims that the XUV700’s new AI system is called Adernox, which is likely to offer a wide range of features.

Previous teaser videos reveal that the new Mahindra XUV700 will get air purifier with virus protection, smart door handles, auto booster headlamps, personalised safety alert system and the segment-largest panoramic sunroof. The new model will also receive segment-first ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) with features such as adaptive cruise control, drowsiness detection, blind spot detection, autonomous braking and lane-keep assist.

The diesel version of the SUV will get cruise control with four driving modes – ZIP, ZAP, ZOOM and Custom. These modes are likely to control throttle and steering response. The new XUV700 will be offered in two seating options – 6-seater and 7-seater. The former will have captain seats for the second row, while the 7-seater will get bench-type seats.

The new Mahindra XUV700 will be powered by a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine with power output close to 185bhp, and a 2.0-litre mFalcon turbo-petrol engine developing around 200bhp. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic.
