At the 2023 Auto Expo, Kia had showcased the new gen Carnival RV (Recreational Vehicle). The company has already discontinued the previous gen model from our market. The Korean automaker will introduce the new Carnival in our market in 2024. Kia will soon introduce the updated version of the current model in the global market. Fresh spy shots of the 2024 Kia Carnival facelift have hit the web-world, which shows us the refreshed styling.
The 2024 Kia Carnival was snapped during its official commercial television shoot. The spy shots reveal that the new Carnival comes with all-new front fascia. It has a more upright nose with a wide grille, flanked by L-shaped headlamps with daytime running lamps. The grille has chrome treatment, while the front bumper has cleaner design. The lower bumper accommodates a small air intake and a faux brushed aluminium skid plate.
Similar to the headlamps, the rear features the L-shaped tail-lights which are connected via an LED light bar. The rear tail-lights design look identical to the new age Kia EVs including the EV9. The 2024 Kia Carnival comes with a simpler and a flat tailgate with license plate enclosure is placed in the centre, and a new bumper with matte black and chrome treatment.
Also visible is the chrome treatment on the side profile along with the new set of alloy wheels. The alloy wheel design is identical to the ones offered on the born EVs including the EV5 and the EV9. The top-spec variants will come with a dual sunroof setup and roof rails.
Inside the cabin, the 2024 Kia Carnival will receive all-new dashboard layout with several new technologically advanced features. Similar to the current-gen model, the new Carnival will come with multiple seating options. The MPV will receive new seats from the EV9 electric SUV. The new model is likely to receive twin curved displays for instrumentation and infotainment system along with safety tech like ADAS.
