Hyundai Kona 2021 and Kona N Line Teasers Reveal Sharper Design

Hyundai Motor Company has released teaser images of its upcoming new Kona and Kona N Line SUVs. The new Hyundai Kona 2021 line-up adorns the brand’s new Sensuous Sportiness global design language.

The Hyundai Kona 2021 comes with a wider stance and a shark-inspired front fascia, which makes it look sleeker and sharper. The updated model is fitted with newly styled daytime running lights. It also gets new front skid plate and revised bumper. It gets a new front grille with a bold garnish that extends to merge the sharp points under the high-placed DRLs. The lower bumper area and headlamps have also been redesigned. The rear design is yet to be revealed, but it is likely to receive revised bumper and tail-lamps.

If media reports are to be believed, the Hyundai Kona N Line will receive an updated 1.6-litre Smartstream engine that produces 214bhp of power. It is expected that the same unit will also power the future N Line modes including the i30 Sedan L Line.
