– The new Citroen C3 is available in manual version only with naturally-aspirated petrol and turbo-charged petrol engine options. The hatchback is available in the price bracket of Rs 5.71 lakh to Rs 8.06 lakh (ex-showroom).
– Tata Punch is available with 1.2L naturally-aspirated petrol engine with manual and automatic gearbox options. The manual version is priced in the range of Rs 5.93 lakh to Rs 8.89 lakh, while the automatic version is tagged at 7.30 lakh for base model and Rs 9.49 lakh for the top-spec model.
– Nissan Magnite is also available with naturally-aspirated and turbo petrol engine options. It is available in the price bracket of Rs 5.97 lakh to Rs 10.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
– The Maruti Suzuki Swift is only available with 1.2L naturally-aspirated petrol engine with manual and AMT gearbox. The base variant is priced at Rs 5.92 lakh, while the top-spec dual-tone variant is tagged at Rs 8.85 lakh (ex-showroom).

– The new C3 hatchback is available with two engine options – a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol and a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol. While the former is good for 82PS and 115Nm of torque, the turbo engine produces 110PS and 190Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed manual.
– The Punch micro SUV is powered by a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine, which also powers the Altroz, Tigor and the Tiago. This engine is capable of producing 85bhp of power and a peak torque of 113Nm. Gearbox options include a 5-speed manual and an AMT (Automated Manual Transmission). It offers two driving modes – Eco and City. The AMT version comes with segment-first ‘Traction-Pro Mode’ which improves driving on low traction surfaces. It also gets cruise control and idle start stop system.
– The Nissan Magnite is offered with two petrol engine options – a 1.0-litre, naturally-aspirated and a 1.0-litre, turbocharged. While the former is good for 72bhp and 96Nm of torque, the turbo engine is capable of producing 100bhp and 152Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual gearbox driving the power to the front wheels come as standard. A CVT automatic transmission is reserved for the turbo-petrol variants.
– The new Suzuki Swift is powered by a 1.2-litre 4-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine that churns out 88bhp of power and 113Nm of torque. Gearbox options include a 5-speed manual and an AMT.

– The C3’s naturally-aspirated engine is claimed to offer an ARAI certified fuel economy of 19.8kmpl, while the turbo unit offers 19.4kmpl.
– The Tata Punch manual version returns an ARAI certified fuel economy of 18.97kmpl, while the AMT version delivers 18.82kmpl.
– On the fuel efficiency front, the Magnite 1.0L naturally-aspirated petrol offers 18.75kmpl and turbo-petrol delivers 20kmpl with manual and 17.7kmpl with automatic gearbox.
– The Maruti Suzuki Swift is the most fuel efficient model in its category. The manual version is claimed to offer 23.2kmpl and the AMT version is claimed to return an ARAI certified mileage of 23.7kmpl.
