Citroen C3 premium hatchback is ready to hit showrooms on coming 20th July. Ahead of its market arrival, the automaker has started accepting bookings at a token sum of Rs 21,000. The hatch will be made available in two trims – Live and Feel and two engine options – 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol and 1.2L turbocharged petrol. The naturally aspirated motor makes power worth 82PS with 115Nm and delivers a claimed mileage of 19.8kmpl.
The turbo-petrol unit, on the other hand, is good for 110PS and 190Nm and promises 19.4kmpl. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed manual. The company has confirmed that the upcoming Citroen C3 hatchback will receive an automatic transmission at a later date. Buyers will have 4 monotone exterior colour options – Zesty Orange, Polar White, Steel Grey and Platinum Grey.
There will also be 6 dual-tone shades, namely, Polar White with Zesty Orange, Polar White with Platinum Grey, Zesty Orange with Platinum Grey, Platinum Grey with Zesty Orange, Steel Grey with Platinum Grey and Steel Grey with Zesty Orange. Interestingly, Citroen will also provide 56 customisation options and over 70 accessories with its upcoming hatchback. The customization packages will include – Vibe, Elegance, Energy and Convenience. The range-topping Feel trim will be available with some exclusive features including a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 4-speaker audio system, wireless smartphone connectivity, steering mounted controls, remote keyless entry, speed sensitive auto door lock, tilt steering, two rear fast chargers, front USB charger, driver and co-driver front seat back pocket, rear power windows, manually adjustable driver’s seat, One touch up-down for all windows, gloss black roof rails, wheel arch cladding, LED DRLs, dual-tone C-pillar, body-coloured outside door handles.
