Mahindra & Mahindra is offering heavy discounts on its two highly popular SUVs – Scorpio N and XUV700. However, it’s worth noting that the discount offers and benefits are available only on the model year 2023 of both SUVs in order to clear the stocks. In April 2024, the Mahindra Scorpio N is running on a cash discount of up to Rs 1 lakh, which will vary variant-wise. Buyers can save Rs 1 lakh on the fully-loaded Z8 and Z8L diesel 4X4, 7-seater variants, available with manual and automatic gearboxes.
The Z8 and Z8L diesel automatic variants with 4X2 setup and Z8 and Z8L petrol automatic variants, with both 6 and 7-seats configurations, come with a cash discount of Rs 60,000. It’s important to note that there are no exchange offers and corporate benefits on the SUV. Buyers can avail cash benefits of up to Rs 1.50 lakh on all variants of the MY2023 Mahindra XUV700. The AX5 5-seater diesel and petrol variants are running on a cash discount of Rs 1.30 lakh. Both these SUVs are generating volume for the indigenous automaker since their market arrival.
In other updates, Mahindra & Mahindra is ready to unveil the much-awaited Thar 5-door lifestyle off-road SUV on 15th August 2024. The model is likely to be named Mahindra Thar Armada, and it will carry a slightly different design and more features than its 3-door sibling. The SUV will have two full digital screens measuring 10.25 inches each – one working as an infotainment system and one as an instrument cluster.
Features such as front and rear center armrests, push-button start, a sunroof, leatherette seat upholstery, and rear AC vents will also be on offer. Unlike the 3-door Thar that comes with dual front airbags and rear drum brakes, the Mahindra Thar 5-door will have six airbags and rear-wheel disc brakes. Rumor has it that the SUV could also be equipped with features such as a dashcam, 360-degree camera, ADAS, and front parking sensors.
