Audi India has finally announced the prices of the new Q8 e-tron SUV and the Q8 e-tron Sportback. While the SUV version is available at a starting price of Rs 1.14 crore, the Sportback has been tagged at Rs 1.18 crore (ex-showroom, India). The Q8 e-tron is basically the updated version of the e-tron SUV. Interested buyers can book the new SUV online or at authorised dealership by paying a token amount of Rs 5 lakh.
Audi Q8 e-tron Price
Both the SUV and the Sportback of the Q8 e-tron are available in two versions – 50 and 55. The Q8 e-tron 50 and 55 are priced at Rs 1.14 crore and 1.26 crore respectively. On the other hand, the Q8 e-tron Sportback 50 and 55 are tagged at Rs 1.18 crore and 1.30 crore respectively.
Specifications
The Audi Q8 e-tron 55 variants are now equipped with a larger 114kW battery instead of the 95kWh battery pack in the previous model. On the other hand, the lower-spec 50 variants are equipped with 95kWh battery pack, up from the previous version’s 71kW battery.
Both models come with dual-electric motor setup – one on each axle. The combined power and torque stands at 340bhp and 664Nm respectively for the 50 variant. The power increases to 408bhp in the 55 variants. The SUV is claimed to offer a maximum range of up to 491km and 582km in the 50 and 55 variants respectively. The Sportback 50 and 55 variants are claimed to offer a maximum range of 505km and 600km respectively.
Audi is giving a 22kW AC charger as standard with the new Q8 e-tron. The electric SUV & Sportback can support up to 170kW DC fast charging. Using the 22kW AC Charger, the smaller battery pack can be charged from 0-100% in about 4.45 hours. The 55 variants with the larger battery pack can be fully charged in 6 hours.
