The much-awaited 2024 Kia Sonet facelift has finally been launched at a special introductory price starting from Rs 7.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). Interested customers can book the SUV online or at authorised dealerships by paying a token amount of Rs 20,000. The 2024 Kia Sonet facelift is offered with 25 safety features including an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) with 10 autonomous features and 15 other Hi-Safety features. It also has over 70 Connected car features including ‘Find My Car with SVM’, which gives a surround view of car’s vicinity.
2024 Kia Sonet Prices
The new Sonet is available in 3 trim levels – HT Line, GT Line and X-Line – and in total of 19 variants. The SUV is also comes with diesel manual variants with a starting price of Rs 9.79 lakh. The petrol range is priced in the range of Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 14.69 lakh. On the other hand, the diesel range starts at Rs 9.79 lakh and goes up to Rs 15.69 lakh for the top-end variant.
Safety Features
The new Sonet with 10 autonomous features include Front Collision Warning, Front Collision-Avoidance Assist (Car, Cycle, Pedestrian), Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Following Assist, Leading Vehicle Departure Alert, High Beam Assist and Driver Attention Warning. The SUV comes with 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Blind View Monitor, Front & Rear Parking Sensors, ESS, all-seat 3 point seatbelt with reminder, all wheel disc brake and 360 degree camera.

The new Sonet is offered with 3 engine options – a 83PS, 1.2L NA petrol, a 120PS, 1.0L turbo petrol and a 116PS, 1.5L turbo diesel. The entry-level 1.2L Petrol engine is only available with a 5-speed manual gearbox, while the turbo petrol comes with 6iMT or a 7-speed DCT. The diesel version is offered with 3 gearbox options – 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT and 6-speed torque convertor automatic.

In terms of cabin features, the new Sonet gets front ventilated seats, smart pure air purifier, Bose premium 7-speaker system, 4-way power driver’s seat, a 10.25-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system with wireless connecitivity & navigation, LED ambient sound mood lights, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display and all door power windows with one touch auto up/down.
It is offered with 8 monotone and 2 dual-tone colors along with an Xclusive Matte Graphic paint scheme for the X-Line trim.
