2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift – What All Could Change?

The Hyundai Alcazar, a three-row SUV from the South Korean automaker, is set to undergo its first significant update since its debut in June 2021. Although the official launch date remains undisclosed, media reports suggest the facelifted model will likely debut by mid-2024. Before the arrival of the new 2024 Hyundai Alcazar, the manufacturer will introduce the Creta N Line in March 2024. The three-row SUV will feature slightly enhanced styling and an array of new features, while retaining its current engine configuration. Let’s delve into what changes can be anticipated in the upcoming Alcazar facelift SUV.

Minimal adjustments are anticipated for its exterior. The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar is expected to share some design elements with the new Creta, sporting a freshly-designed front grille, subtly tweaked front and rear bumpers, and revised LED headlamps and DRLs. Apart from newly-designed alloy wheels, the side profile is likely to remain unchanged. There’s a possibility of slightly redesigned taillights for the SUV.

New Hyundai Creta facelift

The Alcazar facelift may adopt the new dashboard from the Creta, alongside anticipated updates to seat upholstery and interior theme. Additionally, the SUV might come equipped with features such as a 10.25-inch dual screens setup, dual-zone climate control, ventilated seats, and a panoramic sunroof, mirroring those seen in the Creta. Reports suggest that the new Alcazar may also incorporate ADAS tech, while retaining other features from the pre-facelift version.

As previously mentioned, the new 2024 Hyundai Alcazar facelift will retain the 2.0L, 4-cylinder petrol and 1.5L, 4-cylinder turbo diesel engines. The former delivers 159bhp and 192Nm, while the latter produces 115bhp with 250Nm. Transmission options will remain unchanged, offering a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic. The SUV will continue to provide three drive modes – Comfort, Eco, and Sport, along with three traction control modes – Sand, Snow, and Mud.
