Mahindra had launched the new 2022 Scorpio-N in June 2022. The 2022 Mahindra Scorpio N is available in the price bracket of Rs 11.99 lakh to Rs 23.9 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The company has announced that the deliveries of the new Scorpio-N will commence from September 26, 2022.
The company will prioritize the deliveries of the top-spec Scorpio-N Z8L variant. The company will start the deliveries of the first batch of 2022 Mahindra Scorpio N’s customers comprising 25,000 bookings. The first orders come with the average waiting period of around 4 months. The company has officially announced to deliver 7,000 units within the first 10 days.
Mahindra has also announced that the deliveries of the Z8L variant in the first 25,000 bookings will be completed by the end of November. For people not in the know, Mahindra had received over 1 lakh pre-orders for the new Scorpio-N in just 30 minutes.
The new Mahindra Scorpio N is offered in 5 trim levels – Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8 and Z8L – in six and seven seat layouts. It is available with two engine options- a 2.0-litre mStallion turbo petrol and a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel. While the petrol engine pushes out 200bhp and 370Nm (MT)/ 380Nm (AT) of torque, the diesel engine offers 130bhp and 300Nm on lower variants and 175bhp with 370Nm (MT)/ 400Nm (AT) on higher variants. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
