2021 Volkswagen Polo Leaked Ahead Of Tomorrow’s Debut

Volkswagen will reveal the new 2021 Polo facelift tomorrow, as the brand has released the official teaser. The 2021 Volkswagen Polo facelift pictures have been leaked on the Internet, which reveals the visual changes on offer.

The front fascia of the 2021 Volkswagen Polo gets new headlamps, bumper and renewed VW logo. It comes with a redesigned front grille and sharper bi-LED headlamps. There is an illuminated LED strip that runs through the grille with large VW badge positioned in the centre. The illuminated lights create a visual connection between the LED DRLs. The design looks identical to the bigger Golf sibling.

At the back, the design of the trunk lid is similar. It gets newly styled and bigger headlamps, while the VW logo and name of the car have also been re-positioned. Few reports suggest that VW could also present the Polo GTI or TGI versions of the Polo hatchback. Adding to it, the CNG version of the hatchback could also be introduced.

Volkswagen is also readying the next-gen Polo hatchback, which is expected to be introduced in 2023. The company could also introduce this model in our market. For India, the hatch will be based on the locally developed MQB AO IN platform that also underpins the Skoda Kushaq and the VW Taigun.
