Tata Curvv ICE Version Spied Ahead of Launch – Details Here

Tata Curvv is all set to launch in the Indian market in the next few months. However, ahead of its official debut, the ICE-powered version of the SUV-coupe has been spotted testing once again. Several reports have indicated that the Curvv EV will go on sale before the petrol and diesel models. Recently, Tata Curvv was showcased in production-ready form at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Show in New Delhi. The spy-shots reveal that the test mule is the range-topping variant of the Currv due to the presence of radar on the windscreen.

Going by the spy-shots, the ICE version of the Curvv flaunts split headlamps with the LED DRL bar positioned below the bonnet line, as we have seen in most of the Tata cars of late. As seen at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Show earlier this year, the SUV-coupe will have triangle-shaped housings for the headlights and fog lights with embellishments integrated in the front bumper. The sloping coupe-ish roofline, alloy wheels and flush-fitting door handles seen in the spy images match with the test mules of the Currv that were spotted earlier.

Tata Curvv ICE Variant

The interior is expected to be similar to the production-ready model that all of us saw at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Show. It will boast of automatic climate control with touch-based controls instead of physical buttons, as seen with the recent Tata cars such as Nexon and Punch EV. The 4-spoke steering wheel is borrowed from the Harrier which also gets an illuminated Tata logo in the centre. Some of the notable features on the SUV will be ventilated front seats, 360-degree camera, sunroof, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Tata Currv is also expected to feature advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) tech with multiple features.

Mechanically, Tata Curvv is expected to come in both petrol and diesel fuel trims with 1.2L and 1.5L engines, respectively. It will be offered with manual as well as automatic transmission choices with petrol and diesel variants.
