Honda Cars India has announced that the Indian Army personnel and their family members can purchase the new Elevate mid-sized SUV through Canteen Store Departments (CSD) across the country.
Not just the Elevate, the Honda City and the Amaze compact sedan is also available for the armed forces community at the Canteen Store Departments. Mr. Kunal Behl, Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd, said, “Extending Honda Elevate availability to our uniformed heroes is a privilege. This initiative reinforces our commitment to supporting those who serve our nation by offering them access to top-quality Honda products.”
The Honda Elevate mid-sized SUV is powered by a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine that produces 121PS and 145Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed CVT automatic. In terms of proportions, the new Elevate is 4312mm in length, 1790mm in width and 1650mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2650mm. The SUV has a segment-leading ground clearance of 220mm.
The Honda Elevate offers a diverse lineup, spanning four different trims – SV, V, VX, and ZX. The top-spec model is equipped with several high-end features including advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) with features like adaptive cruise control, lane assist, autonomous emergency braking and others. It is fitted with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, leatherette upholstery, an 8-speaker sound system, an auto-dimming IRVM and chrome door handles.
