Honda sold 5,685 units of the Elevate mid-sized SUV in September 2023 to secure 4th position in the list of top selling compact SUVs in September 2023.

The Hyundai Creta retains the top-spot in the list of top selling compact SUVs in September 2023. Hyundai has sold 12,717 units of the Creta SUV in Sept 2023 as against 12,866 units in the same period last year. The SUV has received a marginal decline of 1.1 per cent.
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is at the second position, reporting a massive YoY sales growth of 103.43 per cent in September 2023. The company sold 11,736 units of the Grand Vitara, compared to 5,769 units in the same month last year.

The next in the list is the new Kia Seltos, which reported a decline of 4.02% in YoY Sales. The company sold 10,558 units of the Seltos in September 2023 as against 11,000 units in the same month last year.
The big surprise comes in the form of the new Honda Elevate, which currently holds 4th position in the list of top selling compact SUVs in September 2023. The SUV manages to beat Toyota Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq and the Volkswagen Taigun. The company sold 5,685 units of the Elevate SUV in September 2023.
The Toyota Hyryder has also received a massive YoY sales growth of 227.09 per cent in September 2023. Toyota sold 3,804 units of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder last month as against 1,163 units sold in September 2022.
The Skoda Kushaq witnessed a marginal increase in its sales. The company sold 2,260 units of the Kushaq compact SUV in September 2023 as against 2,224 units in the same month last year. On the other hand, the Volkswagen Taigun’s sales declined by 20.46 per cent with 1586 units sold in September 2023 as against 1,994 units in the same month last year. MG Astor also received a decline in sales with 901 units sold in September 2023 as compared to 980 units in the same month last year.
