BMW G 310 RR Images Leaked; Price Reveal Tomorrow

BMW G 310 RR, which is essentially the Bavaria manufacturer’s version of the TVS Apache RR 310, is ready to hit roads tomorrow (i.e. 15th July 2022). Ahead of its market launch, the clear pictures and video of the bike have emerged on the web. Just so you know, TVS Motor Company and BMW Motorrad entered into a partnership to co-develop common platforms and future technologies (including EVs).

The leaked images reveal that the upcoming BMW bike shares most of its design elements with the TVS Apache RR 310. The spotted model was painted in Blue, Red and White colour scheme with the brand’s signature M livery. It has slightly different twin-LED headlamps and full fairing at the front. You can also notice the BMW badge on the side panel. The bike has been equipped with the Michelin Pilot Streets tyres as we have seen on the naked G 310 R. Its sharply designed tail section looks exactly similar to the Apache RR 310.

BMW G310 RR Features

While the new BMW G 310 RR underpins the same steel trellis frame and suspension setup, its disc brake looks different. Interestingly, the recently spotted model seems to have non-adjustable suspension unit and the official teaser showed a fully adjustable front suspension. It suggests that the bike could be offered the non-adjustable suspension as standard and adjustable unit as an optional offering.

The new BMW bike will have a 5.0-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. For power, it will use the 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine delivering 34bhp and 27.3Nm. It’s the same motor that does duty in the Apache. Similar to the donor sibling from TVS, the BMW G 310 RR might have three ride modes – Urban, Rain and Sport.

Price of the new BMW G310 RR will be more or less similar to the TVS Apache RR 310 that costs Rs 2.65 lakh.
