Ather Rizta E-Scooter Leaked Ahead of Official Debut, Details Here

Ather Energy is all set to unveil the Rizta e-scooter tomorrow, i.e. April 6 on the occasion of Ather Community Day in Bengaluru. Even the pre-bookings for the electric scooter have started at a token payment of Rs 999/- in the domestic market. However, ahead of the official debut, Ather Rizta has been leaked online with clear images of the e-scooter surfacing on the web. The Rizta e-scooter will direct rival TVS iQube in the domestic market.

Ather Rizta Design

The Rizta will be based on an all-new platform and contrary to earlier reports, it will not share it with the Ather 450X. The styling of e-scooter takes a complete overhaul from the 450 series of Ather electric scooters. While the Ather 450 range was aimed at young people, the Rizta appears to be a family-oriented scooter with bigger road presence. Ather has claimed that Rizta will have the biggest seat in the segment. The footboard appears to be positioned a bit higher as the battery pack is placed beneath it. One can clearly see wraparound horizontal LED tail lamps, single-piece seat and a grab rail in the clear pics of the e-scooter.
