2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan Colours, Features Leaked

Royal Enfield Himalayan, the adventure tourer from the Chennai based bikemaker, is all set to receive an update by the end of this month. Ahead of its official launch, the colour details and pictures of the new model have emerged on the web. According to leaked images, the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan will come in three new colour schemes – Pine Green, Granite Black and Mirage Silver. The older Lake Blue, Gravel Grey and Rock Red colour schemes will also continue to be on offer. The bike will feature new body graphic along with a few more updates.

The 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan will get a new brown seat that’s said to be made up of higher density foam for ensuring better comfort. The front rack will also be revised to address issues of taller riders related to the knee interference. Reports suggest that the updated model will also come with a Google-powered turn-by-turn navigation system called Tipper Navigation system. It’s first introduced in the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. The system works with a dedicated Royal Enfield app that enables to connect your smartphone to the system via Bluetooth.

Compared to the existing model, the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 2021 will feature a taller windshield. In order to provide more luggage space, the bikemaker will equip a flat surface metal plate to its rear carrier. The bike will also receive an additional pod on the semi digital instrument cluster similar to the RE Meteor 350.

Engine setup of the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 2021 will remain unchanged. The updated model will continue to derive power from the same 411cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled fuel injected motor matched to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine, however, could be tuned for generating slightly extra power and torque. At present, it returns a claimed power of 24.3bhp and 2Nm of torque. The refinement levels might also be improved.
