Mahindra will launch the Scorpio facelift in the country on September 25, while the bookings for the SUV have already commenced. Ahead of its official launch, more details of the updated SUV keep coming on the web. Recently, the clear pictures of the new Scorpio have been revealed on web, and now the interior images of the SUV have been revealed.
The new Mahindra Scorpio gets newly formulated interiors. Going by the pictures, the vehicle has new dashboard and it shares component and styling cues with the XUV500. Interestingly, several components are directly lifted from the bigger sibling. Features like steering wheel, switch gears, air conditioning control buttons, etc are sourced from the Cheetah. The beige treatment to interiors looks good.
The new instrument cluster and AC vents of the Scorpio gets chrome surround which add some premium feel to it. Power window switches are now positioned on the doors instead of the centre console, which is a good change.
The new Mahindra Scorpio gets a newly styled front fascia with grille flanked by rectangular headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lamps and projector beams. The bonnet is redesigned to feature a new hood scoop. At the back, the vehicle gets subtle changes such as the grab handle is now positioned over the taillights, LEDs for taillights, restyled windscreen, black coloured plastic moulding and silver enclosure for the registration plate.
