Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace 7-Seater SUV Spotted In India
Volkswagen India is ready to unveil a range of new SUVs at the 2020 Auto Expo in February. One of them will be the long-wheelbase version of the Tiguan SUV – the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace.
Recently, the 7-seater SUV was spotted running on the Indian roads. The Tiguan Allspace will be positioned above its 5-seater sibling with an expected price range of Rs 30 lakh – Rs 35 lakh (ex-showroom).

The overall length, width and height of the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace stand at 4701mm, 1839mm and 1674mm respectively. It sits on a 2787mm long wheelbase and offers a boot space of up to 700-litres.

In India, the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace might be offered with BS6-compliant 2.0L TSI petrol engine pushing out power worth 180PS with 320Nm of torque. With the AWD (all-wheel-drive), the 7-seater SUV will be able to go 0 to 100kmph in 8.2 seconds.
The regular 5-seater model comes with the BS4 2.0L TDI diesel engine that’s good enough for 143PS and 340Nm of torque. The oil burner is paired to a 7-speed DSG gearbox.
