Volkswagen Polo, Vento, Ameo, Tiguan Get Corporate Edition
Volkswagen India today launched the Corporate Edition of its four popular models, namely, Polo hatchback, Vento sedan, Ameo compact sedan and Tiguan SUV. The new Volkswagen Corporate Edition has been made available only with the diesel powertrain on select variants of the vehicles.
The Corporate Edition is the company’s attempt to pass on the benefits received from the government through reduction in corporate tax. Just so you know, the government recently reduced the headline corporate tax rate from 30% to 22% for all companies.
One must note that the Volkswagen Corporate Edition of the Polo, Ameo, Vento and Tiguan will be available only for corporate individuals and organizations across industries, which include MSMEs, Government employees, lawyers, architects, chartered accountants and many more. Volkswagen’s new Corporate Edition includes multiple offerings such as servicing of the vehicle, attractive benefits on purchase, loyalty benefits and accessories. The Corporate edition will be available across Volkswagen’s 132 sales centers and 113 service touchpoints across 102 cities in the country.
Recently, the German carmaker announced a standard 5 year warranty across diesel variants of the Polo, Ameo and Vento. The petrol models of the aforementioned models continue to come with the standard 4 year warranty.
From 1st January 2020, all Volkswagen cars will come with standard warranty of 4 year/100,000km along with 4 year free road side assistance (RDA) and 3 free service (in 1 year or up to 15,000km).
