New Upcoming Bajaj bikes in India – Here’s a complete list of all the new bikes that the home-grown bikemaker will launch in the next fiscal year.

Bajaj Auto, the homegrown automaker is already accounting a sizeable share in the motorcycle segment, thanks to its famed Pulsar series and other popular models in the range. Not just in India, Bajaj is gaining momentum in select international markets. in 2017, the two-wheeler giant launched the V brand in the country. The company introduced the V15 and V12 lifestyle commuters in India that uses metal from the dismantled air craft carrier, INS Vikrant. Last year, Bajaj entered into the high-end performance sports bike segment with its Dominar moniker. In order to further boost sales, Bajaj is aiming to launch a range of new models in the coming months. These new Bajaj bikes, as confirmed by company officials will belong to three major categories-Entry, Executive and Sports. Upcoming Bajaj Bikes In India 

Bajaj V22

The first model in our list of upcoming Bajaj Bikes is the V22. The name itselft suggests that the new motorcycle will come under the ‘V’ brand. Though Bajaj is yet to make an official announcement, media reports suggest that the new motorcycle will be based on the Pulsar 220. It is likely to share powertrain and engine from the Pulsar 220.

Powering the motorcycle will be a 220cc, oil-cooled engine that will be paired to a 5-speed gearbox. This engine is capable of producing 21.05PS of power at 8,500rpm and 19.12Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. Suspension set up will likely comprise telescopic forks at front and monoshock absorbers at rear. While stopping power will come from Brembo disc brakes and it will get an ABS system as well. In terms of design, the bike could share inputs with both café racer and scrambler.

Bajaj V10

Buoyed by positive response for the Bajaj V15 and V12, the homegrown automaker is now planning to launch another entry-level motorcycle in this series. If media reports are to be believed, the bike is likely to be called the Bajaj V10 and will come with around 100cc single-cylinder petrol engine. In terms of styling, the bike will share design cues from the V12. However, Bajaj could add new body graphics and newer alloys to give it a fresh feel.

Bajaj Pulsar 180NS 

Bajaj Pulsar 200NS

After launching the Pulsar 160NS, the homegrown automaker is gearing up for the launch of the Pulsar 180NS. One of the most awaited upcoming Bajaj Bikes the 180NS will replace the existing model and will take on the TVS Apache RTR 180. It will be based on the perimeter frame and will take design cues from the 200NS. This motorcycle will be powered by the four-valve, liquid-cooled engine with Bajaj’s triple spark technology. While in terms of power, expect the engine to offer between 19 to 21bhp with 16Nm of torque. The liquid-cooled engine is expected to come paired to a five-speed transmission.

 Bajaj Avenger 400

Yet another highly anticipated in the list of upcoming Bajaj bikes in India is the new Avenger 400 that will join the Avenger range. Taking on the likes of Royal Enfield Thunderbird, the new bike in the Avenger series will be an adventure-tourer. Power on the bike will most likely come from 373.3cc, single-cylinder engine that also powers the Dominar. This engine is capable of producing 34.5bhp and 35Nm of torque. Bajaj could tune this engine to offer more torque, which suits the need of a cruiser motorcycle. Likely to be based on the all-new platform built jointly by Bajaj and KTM, the bike will get a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle will receive disc brakes and ABS as standard.

Bajaj Dominar ADV

Seeing the growing demand for touring purpose motorcycles, Bajaj Auto is aiming to introduce an adventure bike based on the Dominar platform. Called Bajaj Dominar ADV, the new motorcycle will directly challenge the Royal Enfield Himalayan and others. The new Dominar ADV comes with a host of new additional features like luggage rack with integrated backrest, bash plate, large-sized visor, tank grips, new fender and knuckle guards. New Bajaj 125

Next in our list of upcoming Bajaj Bikes in India the all-new Bajaj Pulsar 125, which is slated to be launched in the second half of 2018. This model will rival the Honda CB Shine SP and Hero Glamour 125. It will replace the ageing Pulsar 135 LS. The new motorcycle will be powered by a 125cc, BS-VI compliant engine. Adding to it, the next Pulsar 125 will also be compliant with new safety norms, applicable on all two-wheelers with 125cc or above engine capacity.

New Bajaj Pulsar 150

Bajaj Auto has recently introduced the updated version of the ageing Pulsar 150 in the country. However, Bajaj officials have confirmed that the next-gen model is already in the works and will be launched in 2019. To be based on an all-new frame, the bike will receive all-new design and engine. The new engine will be more refined and powerful than the current unit. Adding to it, the new engine will be benefitted with fuel-injection system and will compliant to BSVI norms. It will also get ABS as standard safety feature.

Bajaj Pulsar 250

Bajaj Pulsar 250 is the most interesting model in our list of upcoming Bajaj Bikes in India. The new Pulsar range will see the entry of a new 250cc motorcycle, though it could replace the 200cc Pulsar. The new model will be launched sometime in 2019 and will be equipped with fuel injection, monoshock suspension and ABS as standard. The new platform will be versatile enough to accommodate engines ranging from 150cc to 250cc. This model is likely to share engine with the KTM Duke 250. It will rival the likes of Yamaha FZ25 and KTM Duke 250.
