Upcoming Honda City 2020 to Come in Top-End Variants

Honda is gearing up for the launch of the much-awaited next-gen City sedan. A new media report suggests that the 5th generation Honda City will be offered in 2 trim levels – VX and ZX. Going by the report, it is expected that the new model will only come in top trim levels.

The next-gen Honda City will be offered with BSVI compliant 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. The petrol engine will be all-new, which is basically the naturally aspirated version of the 1.5L Turbo unit available in the global-spec Honda Civic. The new naturally-aspirated petrol engine produces 121bhp and 155Nm of torque, which is 2bhp and 10Nm higher than the existing BS6-compliant 1.5L i-VTEC petrol engine.
