Mahindra & Mahindra will soon roll out the Bolero Neo Plus SUV in the country. The model is likely to come with the Thar’s 2.2L mHawk diesel engine and both manual and automatic gearbox options. It will be made available in two variants – P4 and P10 – and two seating configurations – 7 and 9-seats. The SUV will also be offered with an ambulance variant featuring 4-seats and a patient bed. Prices of the Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus are expected to start around Rs 10 lakh for the entry-level variant and go up to Rs 12 lakh for the fully-loaded model. More details here…

Citroen C3-based 7-seater SUV was recently caught testing in India. It’s expected to be one of the most affordable 7-seater SUVs that’s rumoured to hit showrooms sometime next year. The new Citroen three-row model is estimated cost between Rs 9.50 lakh – Rs 17.50 lakh. The test mule carries the C3 hatch like stance, though it appears longer. Design bits such as different designed grille, front bumper and lower positioned fog lamps differentiate it from its younger sibling. The model is likely to come with the same 110bhp, 1.2L turbo petrol and 82bhp, 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engines. More details here…

Nissan India is considering a 7-seater SUV based on the Magnite sub-4 metre SUV. It’s estimated to be priced from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 15 lakh, thus making it one of the most affordable 7-seater SUVs in India. The three-row SUV could have a sliding system for adjusting legroom in the middle and third row seats. The cargo area will feature a foldable bench seat. Most of its features and design elements will be similar to the Magnite 5-seater. Under the hood, the 7-seater SUV might employ the same 72bhp, 1.0L NA petrol and 100bhp, 1.0L turbo petrol engines.
