Czech auto major has unveiled the Skoda Yeti Xtreme, which is a sporty concept rally car based on the popular compact SUV, at the 2014 GTI event in Worthersee. The show car shows the power of an all-wheel drive SUV with strong design elements and equipment features of a race rally car.
This Skoda Yeti Xtreme rally car is powered by a 1.8-litre strong TSI engine that is capable of developing a top power output of 150bhp and a peak torque of 250Nm at 1500-4200rpm. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a six-speed dual clutch transmission. The Yeti Xtreme sprints to 100kmph from standstill in just 9 seconds and it catches a top speed of 192kmph.
The Skoda Yeti Xtreme rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and large off-road tyres.
It is equipped with tinted side windows; roof and wheel rim inserts are set off in bright yellow-green.
At the front, the rally car has a powerful bumper and a large air intake, along with LED headlights.
Inside, the passengers have an option of seating on 4 individual Recaro sports seats which comes integrated with four-point safety belts.
