TVS Motor Company has launched the 2016 Scooty Pep Plus in the Indian market at Rs 43,534 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The TVS Scooty Pep Plus 2016 is available in new colours and graphics in four series – Ecosmart, Starlet, White N Whacky and Babelicious. The overall styling, however, remains similar to the 2015 model.

EcoSmart Series – Neo Silver, Neo Blue
Starlet Series – Dazzling Blue, Frosted Black, Vivacious Purple, Gorgeous Grey, Sassy Pink
White N Whacky Series – Blush Red, Perry Pink, Passion Purple
Babelicious Series – Princess Pink

The 2016 TVS Scooty Pep Plus continues to feature the same 87.8cc, sing-cylinder Ecothrust engine with multicurve ignition system. This air-cooled engine, paired to a CVT automatic gearbox, churns out 5bhp and 5.8Nm. This engine helps the Scooty Pep Plus 2016 return 65km/l. The TVS Scooter offers two driving modes – Economy and Power. While the Economy mode offers better fuel efficiency, the power model offers better pick up and higher speed.
