TVS Motor Company has introduced a special edition of the Ntorq 125 scooter in the country. Called the TVS Ntorq 125 Super Squad Edition, the special model comes with Marvel’s Avengers inspired paint schemes. There are three different colour options with graphics inspired by Iron Man, Captain America and Black Panther.
Besides the new colours, no other changes have made to the scooter. Similar to the Race Edition, the new model features LED headlamp with a T-shaped diffused LED DRL. Priced at Rs 77,865 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the TVS Ntorq 125 Super Squad Edition is around Rs 2,500 more expensive than the regular Race Edition. The latter come is currently available at Rs 75,365 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Stealth Black paint scheme is inspired by Black Panther. The model has jet black colour with purple accents. The Invinsible Red variant features Iron Man inspired stickers with dynamic red paint along with yellow and grey decals. The Combat Blue model represents Captain America with Blue body panels and signature stickers.
The TVS Ntorq Super Squad Edition comes with a hazard light along with features such as TVS’s SmartXonnect smartphone connectivity, an engine kill switch, a fully digital instrument console and an external fuel filler cap.
At the heart of the TVS Ntorq is a CVTi-REVV 124.79cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 3-valve, air-cooled SOHC engine. The motor has been tuned for generating a peak power of 9.4PS at 7,500rpm and 10.5Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. For performing transmission duties, the scooter has a CVT automatic gearbox.
In August 2020, the Chennai-based bikemaker introduced the TVS Ntorq Yellow Race Edition at Rs 72,365 (ex-showroom). The model has been offered with both drum and disc brake variants. It carries new body graphics with a chequered flag design in black and yellow paint scheme. There is ‘Race Edition’ emblem with ‘TVS Racing’ decals.
