TVS Motor Company is working on a new 150cc scooter based on the Entroq that broke cover in 2016 at the Delhi Auto Expo. The new TVS 150cc flagship scooter is reported to make its official debut sometime next year. However, the two-wheeler manufacturer hasn’t yet confirmed such development.

The TVS Entorq based 150cc scooter will carry a maxi-scooter styling and come with a pack of advanced features. Aiming to curb its manufacturing cost, the two-wheeler maker will use some components from the Ntorq 125.
Similar to the TVS Ntorq 125, the new TVS 150cc scooter will feature the Smart Connect system. It will also get an instrument cluster with navigation system and Bluetooth connectivity. The new TVS Entorq based scooter will come with a single-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system). Engine details of the vehicle are unknown to us. Though, it is reported to be propelled by a new 150cc motor boosted with fuel injection technology. The new engine is likely to deliver a class-leading power output.
Talking about TVS’ future plan, the home-grown two-wheeler maker will introduce the Zeppelin performance cruiser sometime in 2019 or 2020. Besides this, the company will also enter into electric performance scooter segment with the Creon that was showcased at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo. The bikemaker might also bring in the TVS Apache RTR200 Fi Ethanol version of the motorcycle in near future.
