Toyota Yaris Black Limited Edition Coming Soon

Japanese automaker, Toyota is all set to introduce the new Yaris Black limited edition in the country. The company has released the picture and some details of the Yaris Black on its official website. More details about the new product will reveal in the next couple of days.

The picture reveals that the new Toyota Yaris Black edition is finished in black paint. There are no chrome highlights on door handles and on grille. It gets door edge lighting, and headlamp and tail-lamp garnish. It is expected that the new Black edition pack will be offered in all trims of the Yaris – J, G, V and VX.The new Yaris Black edition also gets newly designed 15-inch alloy wheels.

Yaris Black Features

The sedan will continue to offer 7 SRS airbags (Dual front, Side, Curtain and knee airbags), all-4 disc brakes, tyre pressure monitoring system, vehicle stability control, ABS with EBD and brake assist, hill-start assist control, reverse camera, automatic headlamps and front and rear parking sensors.

The Toyota Yaris is also equipped with roof-mounted air-con vents with ambient illumination. Other features include touchscreen infotainment system with gesture control, multi-functional steering wheel, 60:40 rear split seats, rear armrest with cup holders, push start/stop button, rain sensing wipers, cruise control, paddle shifters with CVT, electrically adjustable driver’s seat, etc.

Powering the Toyota Yaris is a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 107bhp of power at 6,000rpm and a peak torque of 140Nm at 4,200rpm. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed CVT automatic. While the manual variant is claimed to return 17.1kmpl, the CVT unit delivers an ARAI certified fuel economy of 17.8kmpl.
