Toyota Innova Crysta Leadership Edition Launched at Rs 21.21 Lakh
Ever since its launch in 2005, Toyota Innova Crysta has been the top-selling vehicle in its segment. The MPV entered its second generation in 2015, and recently the carmaker upgraded it to comply the BS6 emission norms. In order to commemorate the Innova Crysta’s ‘leadership’, the company has silently introduced the Toyota Innova Crysta Leadership Edition.
Based on the VX variant, the new limited dual-tone edition has been priced at Rs 21.21 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested buyers can pre-book the Leadership Edition by a paying a token sum of Rs 50,000.
Interestingly, the new Toyota Innova Crysta Leadership Edition has been offered only with diesel-automatic gearbox combination. The model comes with a 2.4L diesel engine benefited with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system. As mentioned above, the Toyota Innova Crysta Leadership Edition comes in dual-tone colour schemes – Wildfire (Red) & Black and White Pearl & Black. It’s the first time the MPV comes in dual-tone shades. The standard model is available in 6 monotone paint schemes – White Pearl Crystal Shine, Avant Garde Bronze, Silver, Grey, Super White and Garnet Red.
On the exterior, the limited edition features ‘Leadership Edition’ badge. Design bits such as garnish on the grille, blacked out roof, alloys, rear spoiler and side skirts and molding on the front lip enhance its sporty appeal. Similar to standard VX trin, the special edition comes equipped with leather wrapped steering wheel with wood finish, wood finish interior panel, leather wrapped gear knob, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control, 7 airbags, vehicle stability control, ABS with EBD and brake assist, rear parking sensors and more.
