The EasyShift AMT, sourced from Magneti Marelli is also used in other Tata cars including Zest and Nano. It comes with four gear positions namely-Automatic, Neutral, Reverse and Manual. In addition, it also gets Sports and City driving modes in line with the manual version. Competing with rivals such as Maruti Celerio available with an AMT and Hyundai Grand i10 that comes with an auto box, the new Tiago XTA variant, priced at Rs 4.79 lakh is a more lucrative option. That said, Maruti Celerio AMT is available for Rs 4.48 lakh and Hyundai Grand i10 comes for Rs 5.97 lakh which is way too pricier than Tiago XZA AMT.
