The Ahmedabad based independent customization company has turned the D-Max V-Cross into a 9-seater jungle safari. Painted in a new Olive shade with matte finish, the modified Isuzu D-Max V-Cross features an off-road spec steel bumper with black treatment. It also gets a built-in winch for pulling heavy vehicles. In order to enhance water-wading capabilities of the vehicle, the customization brand has added a snorkel that helps it wade through deeper water. You will also notice auxiliary lamps fitted just above the front bumper ensuring better visibility. The modified Isuzu D-Max V-Cross also gets four auxiliary lamps on the roof. As mentioned above, XS Overland equips four extra seats on the flatbed of the vehicle. There is no roof for the extra seats’ passengers. This 9-seater can be used as jungle safari to spot animals and enjoy the view. Things under the hood remain unchanged. The modified Isuzu D-Max V-Cross makes use of the same 2.5-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged engine that’s good enough for 134bhp and 320Nm of peak torque. For performing transmission duties, it gets a 5-speed gearbox. The pickup comes with the four-wheel-drive (4WD) system with a low-ratio transfer case.
