Tata Xenon Yodha Launched at Rs 6.05 Lakh

Tata Xenon Yodha is available in single cab and double cab variants priced at Rs 6.05 lakh and Rs 6.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.

Tata Motors introduced the new Tata Xenon Yodha pick-up range in the presence of its newly appointed brand ambassador Akshay Kumar. Available in single cab and double cab variants, the new Xenon Yodha is priced at Rs 6.05 lakh and Rs 6.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. While the single cab version complies with BSIII emission norms, the double cab model is BSIV compliant.

The Tata Xenon Yodha comes with both 4X4 and 4X2 drivetrain capabilities, and offers a payload capacity up to 1,250kg. This makes it quite competent for a wide range of commercial applications. For the record, Tata Motors claims that the Xenon Yodha has best-in-class engine and drivelines, with robust body-built and maximum loading area. Interestingly, the new Tata Xenon Yodha is the first vehicle in its segment to come up with ‘Buy Back inaugural offer’ with assured 50% of asset cost after four years of usage in captive applications. Moreover, the company offers the new customised Free AMC package of 3 years/1 lakh km along with a warranty of 3 years or 3,00,000km (whichever is earlier). Under the hood, this new pickup houses a 3.0-litre diesel motor churning out 72bhp with 223Nm in BSIII model, and 85bhp with 250Nm in the BSIV model. The pickup offers better driveability when fully loaded or at high speeds, thanks to its 5-levels up front and 9-levels rear suspension. With respect to safety, the new Xenon comes loaded with a collapsible steering column, antiroll bars for better stability (in loaded conditions at high speeds & loaded off road conditions, crumple zones, retractable seatbelts and side intrusion beams, ) and3-layered body construction.
