Tata Tigor EV With Cruise Control, New Features On November 23

Tata Motors has officially teased the revised Tigor EV, which is set to be launched on November 23, 2022. The new model will receive new exterior colour option and new features. Not just visual upgrades, the new Tata Tigor EV will also receive few mechanical changes via software upgrades.

The new Tata Tigor EV will be benefitted with cruise control system, which is also available on the Tiago EV. It is expected that the new model will share the feature upgrade from the recently launched Tiago EV. Not just cruise control functions, the new Tigor EV will come with multi-mode regeneration system. The existing owners are also likely to get these features via a software update. The additional controls and switchgear for regen braking & cruise control are likely to be offered at the service centre.

The existing owners of the Tigor EV are likely to pay for the additional hardware updates, while the software upgrades will be free of cost. The new model is also likely to receive leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather upholstery, rain sensing wipers and automatic headlamps. The company has also teased a new vibrant red colour option, which is likely to be offered in addition to Daytona Grey and Teal Blue.

The Tata Tigor EV will continue to be offered with the 26kWh battery pack that promises a range of 306km (ARAI certified) on a single charge. The electric powertrain is claimed to offer a peak power of 75bhp and 170Nm of torque.
