Tata Motors has now added a sunroof to the Nexon’s accessory kit. Available with all variants, the pop-up kind sunroof can be fitted with a simple installation process at an additional cost of Rs 16,053. The entire installation procedure will take a few hours. The subcompact SUV is available with six accessory kits – Aero Lite, Aero Lite Plus, Aero Pro, Aktiv Lite, Aktiv Lite Plus and Aktiv Pro.
The addition of the sunroof will surely make the Nexon a more attractive deal for buyers. Just so you know, the Honda WR-V subcompact SUV comes with the factory fitted sunroof. Though, it is offered on the range-topping VX grade of the vehicle.
Besides the sunroof, the home-grown carmaker is offering multiple accessories for the Nexon. Tata Nexon comes with both petrol and diesel fuel option. Powering the petrol version is a 1.2-litre, turbo petrol engine making 108bhp with 170Nm of torque. The diesel model comes powered by a 1.5-litre Revotorq that’s good enough for 108bhp and 260Nm. Transmission options on offer is a 6-speed manual unit.
