Tata Motors Mega Service Camp For its Car Customers From November 11

To be held on November 11and on November 17, 2016, the service camp will be organised across Tata Motors’ 527 dealerships across 281 locations in India.

The homegrown carmaker Tata Motors today announced the launch of the nationwide Mega Service Camp for its customers. To be held on November 11, 2016 and on November 17, 2016, the service camp will be organised across Tata Motors’ 527 dealerships across 281 locations in the country.

As part of the service camp, Tata Motors will offer a 40-point vehicle health check-up, top wash and host several other services at reasonable prices. Moreover, the company has associated with 20 suppliers to offer attractive discounts on spare parts, lubricants, accessories and other services.

Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Dinesh Bhasin, Head – Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “We recognise that sales and service play an important role in customer satisfaction. The Nationwide Mega Service Camp is an initiative which the company undertakes to ensure customers across the country can avail themselves of good value high skilled services. Tata Motors has also syndicated with multiple suppliers to give discounts up to 10 percent on various value added services and genuine accessories. In addition to that, up to 20% discounts on the company’s original parts and labour charges and other special offers of upto Rs 1,000 off on new batteries will be provided. Customers will also be benefited with attractive insurance renewal offers and attractive discounts on Road Side Assistance policy.
