Additionally, the range topping variant gets side airbags and curtain airbags. Braking power comes from the disc units at front and rear, and anti-lock-braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution adds more force to that. Besides, it also gets the speed-sensing door locks, traction control system, rear parking sensors and new generation electronic stability programme (ESP) with roll-over mitigation. Priced Aggressively, Undercutting Rivals
As mentioned above, the Tata Hexa’s prices start from Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the entry-level variant. Compared to its arch rival Mahindra XUV500 that comes at Rs 12.46 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Toyota Innova Crysta diesel that starts at Rs 14.21 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), Hexa undercuts both its rivals by a significant margin. Tata Hexa price for other variants in the carline are as follows – the XM trim is priced at Rs 13.85 lakh, XT trim is available at Rs 16.20 lakh and the XMA is tagged at Rs 15.05 lakh. As we go higher in the model series, the XTA trim costs at Rs 17.40 lakh and the XT 4×4 variant is retailed at Rs 17.49 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi).
