Mahindra XUV300

Homegrown UV maker, Mahindra will launch a sub-4 meter SUV – Mahindra XUV300 – in the first quarter of 2019. The SUV will be based on SsangYong X100 platform that also underpins the Tivoli. This model will be equipped with several segment-leading features like factory-fitted sunroof, 7-airbags, all-4 disc brakes, LED headlamps with DRLs, LED tail-lights, leather seats, push-button engine start/keyless entry, etc. The SUV will also receive a big touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity. Moreover, it is reported to be the most powerful SUV in its category.

Tata Motors upcoming 5-seater SUV – Harrier will come with a range of segment-first features. Based on the OMEGA platform, the new SUV will challenge the likes of Hyundai Creta, Jeep Compass and others in its category. The SUV will receive the best-in-segment 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which will be compatible with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, MirrorLink, Navigation and rear parking display. Adding to it, the SUV will have leather seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, electrically adjustable driver’s seat and multi-drive mode.

Nissan Kicks

Nissan’s upcoming 5-seater premium SUV to challenge Hyundai Creta, will be equipped with several high-end tech features. Similar to the global version, the India-spec model will sport Around View Monitor 360-degree camera technology that comprises of 4 cameras. It will also get telematics-enabled smartwatch that enables user to track information such as vehicle’s location and speed anytime. There will also be a part-digital instrument cluster with a digital screen showing navigation and other functions.
