Tata Harrier Camo Green Edition Launched – Explained In 5 Points

Tata Motors has introduced a new Harrier Camo Edition to further improve sales during festive season, Diwali. The new CAMO edition is available in manual transmission from XT variant, and in the automatic gearbox from XZ variant onwards.

– The new CAMO special edition of the Harrier mid-sized SUV is available at a starting price of Rs 16.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

– Tata Motors has also introduced a host of accessories with the CAMO special edition. These accessories are offered in two pack options – CAMO Stealth and CAMO Stealth+, prices starting at Rs 26,999.

2. Harrier Camo Changes

– In terms of exterior changes, the special edition is available in a special Camo Green colour. The SUV rides on newly styled 17-inch Blackstone alloy wheels. It also gets CAMO badging.

– Inside the cabin, the Harrier CAMO gets Blackstone matrix dashboard, premium Benecke- Kaliko Blackstone leather seats with contrast CAMO Green stitching and Gunmetal Grey interior scheme.

3. New Accessories

– The company is offering host of special accessories with the CAMO edition. The exterior elements include CAMO graphics, Harrier mascot on bonnet, roof rails, side steps and front parking sensors.

– For interior, the company is offer accessories like back seat organiser, OMEGARC scuff plates, sunshades, designer 3D moulded mats, 3D trunk mats and Anti-Skid dash mats.

4. Powertrain

The Harrier is based on the OMEGARC platform, which is derived from Land Rover’s D8 platform. Designed on the IMPACT 2.0 design language, the new CAMO edition is powered by a FCA-sourced 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. Called KRYOTEC, this engine produces 170PS of maximum power and 350Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic. 5. Features

The new CAMO is based on the XT and XZ variants of the standard SUV, and these variants are fairly equipped with comfort and convenience features. Some of the features include Xenon HID projector headlamps, dual-function LED DRLs with turn indicators, up to 6 airbags, hill hold control, traction control, roll over mitigation, corner stability control, ABS with EBD, 9 JBL speakers with amplifier, 8.8-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic headlamps, 8 way adjustable driver seat, cruise control, rear wiper washer, push button start, rain sensing wipers, etc.
