The Suzuki Swift Sport Auto Salon Version has been put up on display at the 2018 Thai Motor Show. Just so you know, the special edition had its global debut at the Tokyo Auto Salon in January, 2018. Themed after the Suzuki GSX-1000 superbike, the Suzuki Swift Sport Auto Salon Version is essentially the street-style the new Swift Sport performance hatchback.

Painted in Matte Black shade with red highlights, the Suzuki Swift Sport Auto Salon Version appears sportier than the regular Swift Sport. Moving towards the sides, the special edition features sporty black five-spoke alloy wheels with gloss black paint finish, exclusive side decals and orange highlights on the side skirts, ‘Sport’ lettering on the rear door and red mirror caps. At the heart, the Suzuki Swift Sport Auto Salon Version features the same 1.4-litre K14C Boosterjet petrol engine that also does duty in the global-spec Swift Sport. This turbocharged motor can make a top power of 138bhpp at 5,500rpm and 230Nm of torque between 2,500rpm – 3,500rpm. The special edition comes with two transmission options – a 6-speed manual and an automatic – supported by front-wheel drive system.
