Suzuki Gixxer 250 To Launch By Mid 2019 – Report
Design the new Suzuki Gixxer 250 is likely to be inspired by the Suzuki GSX-S300.
Suzuki Motorcycle India will re-enter into the 250cc premium bike segment with the all-new Suzuki Gixxer 250. The company hasn’t had any model in this space since it phased out the Inazuma in 2015. According to a latest report, the new Suzuki Gixxer 250 will hit showrooms in June, 2019. Earlier, it was reported to go on sale early this year (in January). Design and styling of the new Suzuki Gixxer 250 is likely to be inspired by the Suzuki GSX-S300. It will also share some bits with the Haojue DR-300 including MRF tyres and conventional fork suspension setup.

Official engine details of the new Suzuki Gixxer 250 are still under the wraps. Though, it’s reported to feature a 250cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine benefited with fuel injection technology. It will deliver power close to 20PS- 22PS and torque around 20Nm. The new powertrain will help the bikemaker price the naked street bike competitively.
