We have been constantly informing you about the upcoming Ssangyong Tivoli compact SUV. The company has recently revealed the official sketches and a couple of teaser videos of the much-anticipated Tivoli. Now, the Ssangyong UK’s CEO, Paul Williams has released the final shot of the production version of the compact SUV via its official Twitter account. Adding to it, the company has also released a teaser video of the SUV that reveals the vehicles side profile, headlamps and taillights.
It is basically the production version of the X100 compact SUV concept, which was already previewed at several auto shows across the world. Earlier, the company released the video showing the camouflaged test prototypes of the SUV undergoing testing. However, the company earlier showcased the near production version of the SUV at the 2014 Paris Motor Show with XIV-Air and XIV-Adventure name.
The Ssangyong Tivoli SUV features an aggressive front fascia with more modern silhouette, newly styled grille which is flanked by sweptback headlamps with integrated daytime running lamps, fog lamps and wider air intake. Its wheel arches have been fitted to newly styled alloys, while the wing mirrors gets integrated blinkers. Under the bonnet, the Tivoli would get both petrol and diesel engines. Both engines are likely to be 1.6-litre units, which are coupled to either manual or automatic gearbox.
