Bentley has been testing its much-awaited luxurious crossover which is scheduled to go on sale in 2016-17. This crossover has been spotted undergoing testing in the Alps.
WorldCarFans has managed to click the interiors as well as exteriors of the crossover. The vehicle features a disguised production body and it resembles the Continental GT and EXP 9 F concept. The Prototype spied has thick padding to hide the slender shape.
The new SUV comes equipped with a large, prominent mesh front grille which is complemented by Oval shaped headlight clusters and dual air vents positioned on the lower side of the front bumper. The air intakes are required to keep the SUV’s twin-turbocharged W12 engine cool. At the back, the vehicle gets large light clusters and large oval-shaped dual exhausts.
The interiors of the crossover have also been snapped which suggests that the vehicle gets a digital instrument cluster and circular air vents stand out from the top of the dashboard. Its dual cockpit layout is equipped with wood trim and metallic embellishments.
Based on the MLB Evo platform, the Bentley upcoming crossover is likely to be powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine or the 6.0-litre W12 motor. The company will also launch a plug-in-hybrid variant of the crossover in 2017.
