Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Variants, Features & Colours Leaked

Royal Enfield is all set to launch the much-awaited Hunter 350cc retro-styled motorcycle on the country on August 7, 2022. Previous reports claim that the new Royal Enfield Hunter 350 will be the brand’s cheapest motorcycle and could be priced around Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 1.7 lakh. Ahead of the launch, variant details of the new motorcycle have been leaked on the Internet.

Royal Enfield Hunter Variants, Features

The new 350cc motorcycle is reportedly to be offered in 3 variants – Hunter Retro, Hunter Metro and the Hunter Metro Rebel. The Retro variant will come in two colour options – Factory Black & Factory Silver. The Metro variant will come in 3 colours – Dapper White, Dapper Ash and Dapper Grey. The top-spec Hunter Metro Rebel is reportedly to be offered in 3 colour options – Rebel Black, Rebel Blue and Rebel Red.

According to the leaked info, the Hunter Retro variant will come with 300mm front disc and drum brake at the rear along with a single-channel ABS system. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch spoked wheels wrapped in 100/80 and 120/80 section front and rear tyres respectively. It has a weight of 177kgs. In terms of features, the motorcycle gets bulb tail lamp, oval shape indicator, handle switch, old classic style instrument cluster, etc. This motorcycle will come with devoid of a main stand.

The Hunter Metro trim rides on 17-inch alloys shod with 110/70 section and 140/70 section tyres at the front and rear respectively. This variant weighs 181kg, which is 4kg more than the Retro variant. It gets 300mm front disc an 270mm rear disc, and will come with a dual-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System). The Royal Enfield Hunter Metro is claimed to get LED tail-lamp, round shape indicator, Meteor-like switch gears and instrument cluster.

RE Hunter 350 colours

The new RE Hunter is claimed to have a seat height of 800mm, while the ground clearance stands at 150mm. The motorcycle has a fuel tank of 13-litres capacity.

Specifications

The new RE Hunter 350cc motorcycle will be designed and developed on the double cradle chassis that underpins the Meteor. Not just frame, the Hunter will share the cycle parts and engine with the Meteor 350. It will be powered by the same 3499cc, single-cylinder engine that powers the Classic 350. Coupled to a 5-speed gearbox, the 349cc engine churns out 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque.

The leaked spy images reveal that the new Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has shorter and smaller swing arm, differently styled fuel tank and a single piece seat. The motorcycle will have telescopic front forks and rear monoshock. The company will also introduce several accessories with the new 350cc motorcycle including a plastic side box, a fly screen and a backrest as we have seen in the Meteor 350.
