In August 2019, Revolt Intellicorp rolled out its first electric motorcycle in the country. Called the Revolt RV400, the electric bike comes with three payment plans ranging from Rs 2,999 per month (for 37 months) to Rs 3,999 (for 37 months). Now, the bikemaker has started the deliveries of the Revolt RV400 e-bike. The first unit, with a green license plate, was recently delivered in New Delhi.

Touted as India’s first artificial intelligence-enabled motorcycle, the Revolt RV400 derives its power from a lithium-ion battery that delivers an ARAI-certified range of 156km on a single charge. With an on-board charger, it can be fully charged at home or the workplace in less than four hours.

One can also order the re-charged batteries via a dedicated Revolt mobile app and get the doorstep deliver. Its 3kW electric motor delivers an instant torque of 175Nm. The smaller capacity Revolt RV300 comes with a 1.5kW motor that has a 2.7kW battery pack. It can deliver a top speed of 65kmph and an electric range of 80-150km on a single charge. The RV300 is available with an 8 years/75,000km warranty with a service interval at every 10,000km. The Revolt RV400 premium variant is exclusively offered with a free tyre replacement facility, one set on three years.

The Revolt RV400 has an embedded 4G LTE SIM that provides access to the internet and cloud-connected features. One can also access features such as satellite navigation, Battery Switch, real-time motorcycle diagnostics, bike locator, doorstep battery service, geo-fencing for security and online payment gateway via a dedicated Revolt mobile app.
