According to a fresh report, the new-generation Maruti Suzuki WagonR will enter into production in coming November and its launch will happen in early 2019. In order to make way for the new model, the carmaker will stop the production of the current-generation WagonR till November. Though, the commercial variant of the hatchback will continue to be produced at the facility.
New Maruti Suzuki Alto
Maruti Suzuki’s top-selling hatchback – Alto K10 – is also reported to receive a mid-life updated by March 2019. The refreshed version of the vehicle is likely to get minor cosmetic and feature upgrades. The hatchback will also witness a generation change sometime during the next financial year.
New Maruti Suzuki Swift & Baleno
The Indo-Japanese carmaker will also introduce the updated version of the Swift and Baleno in the next fiscal year. The Swift hatchback will also enter into its fourth generation in 2020. Just so you know, the third-generation Swift was launched at the Auto Expo in February, 2018.
New Production Plant

Discounts
Due to Kerala flood, the Indo-Japanese carmaker has stopped production for three days at its plants that have an inventory of 40,000 cars. Interestingly, the carmaker is also working on the electric version of the WagonR hatchback that was recently caught testing in the country. As per new reports, the Maruti WagonR electric might break cover at the 2018 Move Summit. It might use the advanced 72 volt system with a battery capacity of 10-25 KWH.
