Renault India has again launched the Scala Travelogue edition in the country. It has been priced at Rs. 8.48 lakh for entry level RXL petrol variant and Rs. 10.20 lakh for the top-end RXZ diesel variant. It could be the move to improve its sales in the market amidst the growing competition in the mid-sized sedan segment.
Earlier, the Travelogue edition was launched on the top-of-the line RXZ diesel trim; however, this time the company has introduced the vehicle on the RXL and RXZ trim for both petrol and diesel guise as well as on the CVT variant. On the exterior, the vehicle gets contrasting line that runs across the windows sill to meet the rear. The other addition includes sleek and stylish ORVMs with turn indicators and a sport exhaust pipe. Inside, the Travelogue edition features the navigation system and Bluetooth interface illuminate scuff plates with Scala badge embossed on it and a rear sun shade.
Under the hood, the new Renault Scala Travelogue Edition will get the same 98PS, 1.5-litre petrol engine and an 85PS, 1.5-litre K9K diesel engine. The manual and XTRONIC CVT gearbox are there too.
