Renault India has rolled out a new edition of the Lodgy MPV in the country. Called the Renault Lodgy World Edition, this special version comes with 25 exterior and interior upgrades along with a bunch of additional comfort and safety features. The MPV’s special edition is being offered in both 85PS and 110PS variants priced at Rs 9.74 lakh and Rs 10.40 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. The Renault Lodgy World Edition will be available across all Renault dealerships in India.
With an aim to provide better ownership experience, Renault India is offering 3CARE comprehensive maintenance package at a starting price of Rs 22,142. This package includes 3 years of warranty (up to 60,000 kms), 3 years of Road Side Assistance (up to 60,000 Kms) and 3 years of Periodic Maintenance Service (up to 30,000 Kms).

The Renault Lodgy World Edition looks sportier and more attractive than the regular model. At the front end, the car features a bold, jewel-studded front grille with fog lamps and chrome satin garnish and dual-tone bumper. On the side profile, one can notice the ‘World Edition’ badging, dual-tone roof rails with chrome satin finish, new body graphics and a new pair of 15-inch Nepta finish alloy wheels with black wheel-arch cladding. What further enhance its sporty appeal are side moldings with black and chrome finish, textured and printed matte B&C pillar and a rear spoiler. This special edition comes in a choice of four exterior colours – the new Fiery Red, Pearl White, Royal Orchid and Moonlight Silver.
Inside, the new Renault Lodgy World Edition gets a dual-tone ‘World Edition’ badge on the glossy black foam steering wheel, chrome door handles and chrome trims on the dashboard. There is anodized orange lining on upholstery, centre ring of the instrument cluster and air vents. Features like 2nd and 3rd row smart-sense AC, 2 DIN music system, Bluetooth connectivity, electrically adjustable mirrors, 12V charging sockets across 2 rows, added bolster support on seats, headlight turn on reminder and central locking with keyless entry add more to its comfort and convenience levels.
Since its just a special edition, no mechanical changes have been made to the car. The Renault Lodgy World Edition continues to be powered by the 1.5 litre dCi diesel engine that is tuned to produce power outputs of 85PS and 110PS. The 110PS diesel variant, with a 6-speed manual (first-in-segment) transmission, offers 245Nm of torque at 1,750rpm. It returns an ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 19.98 kmpl. On the other hand, the 85PS version delivers 200Nm at 1900rpm. Mated with a 5-speed manual gearbox, it offers an impressive mileage of 21.04 kmpl.
