Porsche India has launched the Cayenne Diesel Platinum Edition in India; prices start at Rs. 86.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This Edition is available in Platinum Silver and several advanced features as standard. This model is equipped with features like Sport Design steering wheel with paddle shifters, power steering plus and the Porsche Communication Management (PCM), which incorporates a navigation module. Its flared wheel arches have been fitted to 19-inch Cayenne Design II wheels with coloured crest.

Speaking on the launch, Mr. Anil Reddi, Director of Porsche India said, “The SUV market continues to grow in India and the Porsche Cayenne has experienced positive demand year on year. With many of the most requested options now available as standard, I have no doubt that our customers will enjoy the enhanced driving experience and further accentuated look of the new Cayenne Diesel Platinum Edition.”

Under the hood, it gets the 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel engine that is capable of producing 245bhp of power. The centre and side air intake grills of the car, the side window trim, the rear spoiler lip and the lower tailgate trim is painted in Platinum Silver Metallic. The vehicle is also available in Meteor Grey Metallic, Jet Black Metallic and Mahogany Metallic as additional exterior paints, while the Black and white exterior paint come as standard. An exclusive Carrara White Metallic paint finish is also on offer.

Inside the cabin, the vehicle gets Black Luxor Beige dual-tone partial leather, “Platinum Edition” embossed on floor mats and stainless steel front-door entry guard, and Porsche crest on headrest, etc.
