Skoda Kodiaq Scout, the off-road version of the Kodiaq 7-seater SUV, will go on sale in India on 30th September, 2019. The new model will sit above the top-of-the-line Kodiaq L&K variant that costs Rs 36 lakh (ex-showroom). Talking about its off-road capabilities, the Skoda Kodiaq Scout offers better approach and departure angles and a slightly higher ground clearance than the regular model. Skoda Kodiaq Scout India Launch

The SUV’s off-road mode that remains active up to 30kmph and enables it to steeping descents and climb up inclines by supporting braking and traction. Visually, the India-spec Skoda Kodiaq Scout will appear slightly different from the global model. The rugged version of the SUV has black plastic cladding with silver metallic inserts on the lower portion of the front and rear bumpers.

The off-road version of the Kodiaq is equipped with all the comfort and safety features offered on the existing top-end L&K variant. The list includes a 9.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Alcantara seat upholstery, wood inserts on the dashboard, a Modular Infotainment Matrix (MIB) with eight speakers, LED ambient lighting in ten shades, a multifunction steering wheel, textile floor mats, Driving Mode Select and more.
